Work issues: How to cope? Please Read On.?

I would start off by talking to the boss again. Catch him in an area that he can't just walk away. Tell him your concerns. If that doesn't work, is there another boss above him that you could discuss this problem with? I had a similar situation with one of my bosses. I went to the main guy and talked to him. When he did nothing, I quit. I found another job and left the old position. I took a small paycut but I was a lot happier in the new position. If talking doesn't work find another job. You need to be comfortable and happy in the work you do or you will just be miserable. And if you are getting in trouble for things that you were not properly trained for then I don't see how you could be happy.
