PSAT/Merit Scholarship?

I have my PSAT test tomorrow. Though this doesn't count as a grade in school, since it is a practice SAT test, will this be available to colleges upon request? I'm horribly scared that I'll fail the math part, as I am extremely bad at math. The other sections I'm positive I am okay at. My question is, If I want to apply for the Merit Scholarship and I am in 10th grade, wouldn't I be taking the PSAT next year so that I can recieve the scholarship if I qualify, by the time I graduate? Would this PSAT I have this year count as anything when it comes to applying to the merit scholarship? If my score isn't so great, I'll have another chance for the real thing next year right? Need I worry right now on my performance tomorrow??
