Size 5/7 in juniors guys help me prove a point to my friend?

my friends mel who is 16 is not sure if being 5/7 in juniors and is a medium/ small in shirts is unattractive but I tell her shes fine just the way she is but she doesnt belive me! so what do you guys think??!!! is she a good size?
