I need info about fair pay.?

What the other people say here is correct. I'll add that in your position that you may need to find another job. Cirstances like yours are almost always a sign that somebody doesn't like you on a personal level. Your work is okay, so they aren't going to fire you, but they'll be pive-aggressive by not paying you as much as others. You say you have good reviews. Use them as proof as you go out and start looking for a new job. If you get an offer, you can use that as leverage with your old employer, if you really want to stay there. If you think your lack of pay increases is due to racial or ethnic issues, you should contact your local EEOC office. Also, do take a hard look at yourself and your attitude and your personality. Are you sure you aren't being abrasive to others? Can you think of anybody, anytime saying anything? Is there anybody at work you can safely ask? Good luck!
