Does anyone remember 'the Sissy Duckling' premier on HBO?

I can easily find the book, but I was hoping to find the actual animated short featuring a young duck Harvey Fierstein. The short came out in 1999 and so far, all I can find is sparse articles on its existence. Can anyone direct me to a torrent, on online video or even an advertisement for purchasing?
