I have a job offer in Canada with agency name Societe' civile immobiliere. Please help me to find information?

It's a scam but legally run. Do not part with your money.No one can offer you a job except a company and no company will ask for money.They should pay you to work not the other way around.Before you can work in Canada you need visas etc.Forget about them.
